10 Bible Verses To Manage Disappointment 

Grace and peace be unto you.

1. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

2. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11.

3. And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. 1 John 5:14.

4. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.

5. Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God. Psalm 43:5.

6. Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.

7. Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18.

8. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. John 14:27.

9. Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually! 1 Chronicles 16:11.

10. Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22.
