Grace and peace be unto you.
A Word of Encouragement.
Today is a new and beautiful day, with many opportunities and blessings for us to embrace. The psalmist says, “This is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). This day gives us a chance to improve our relationship with God, mend broken relationships, help someone, sever toxic relationships, and enhance our self-development. I joyfully anticipate the activities and events that will unfold. I pray that you will recognize and make use of the opportunities.
When I reflect on God’s goodness to me, I am in awe. He protected me from my enemies and myself, opened and closed a few doors according to his plan, provided for my needs, motivated me, and reminded me to meditate on his Words. As a loving Father, he disciplined me within measure, waited patiently for me to make decisions, listened to my concerns, and asked questions to help me clarify my thoughts. His faithfulness is beyond question; he kept his promises and delivered on time. I am eternally grateful for salvation and God’s love “…I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness” (Jeremiah 31:3).
Psalm 100 expresses my gratitude to the Lord.
1 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
2 Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!
3 Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
5 For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.
