Grace and peace be unto you.
The journey continues…
The Lord says, my precious child, I am your loving Father and only want what is best for you. The path that you are on seems confusing, but trust me I know what I am doing. When you submit your heart and mind to me, you are walking in your divine purpose. Try not to understand my ways because you cannot. They are beyond your understanding. If you could understand all my ways then I would not be God. Similar to my servants Job, David, and Abraham, you are called to walk by faith.
Every day I watch as you grapple with life’s questions, what should I do? Should I take this path? You seek advice from people who do not know your purpose, while I am right beside you waiting for you to ask but you ignore me. My precious one, commit your ways to me and I will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6). I will remove obstacles and open doors, I will close doors and block paths. Your path is unique and I promise to guide you all the way.
You can reduce frustrations and confusions by trusting me daily. Look for the opportunities that I present and maximize them. Pray for someone along the way, give a helping hand, you are part of a community, you were not created to be alone. Helping people is a part of your purpose, that is how you witness about me, my lovingkindness, grace, and mercy.
My child, you know of me but you do not know me. I yearn for you to know me, meditate on my Word day and night, pray without ceasing, and worship me. Come and experience my fullness and power. Cast all your cares on me for I care for you (1 Peter 5:7), leave your problems with me. You cannot carry your problems and have a successful life. They will be a hindrance to you accomplishing your purpose.
I long to share some of the secrets of my heart with you but you are so far from me. Why won’t you come closer? I will not harm you. I yearn to have an intimate relationship with you so that you can trust me to share your thoughts and feelings, and ask me questions about matters that are of concern. My precious one, ask me anything, I am right here, I will answer.
“and David inquired of the Lord, ‘Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?’ ‘Pursue them,’ he answered. ‘You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue” (1 Samuel 30:8).
