The Formula

Word of Encouragement…

Grace and peace be unto you.

The story is told that Simon and six disciples went out one night to fish but caught nothing. In the morning, Jesus said to them, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some. They obeyed and were unable to haul the net in due to the large number of fish” (John 21:1-6).

You might be engaged in an activity for some time and not experiencing the success that you envisioned. Jesus says that if you meditate on His Word day and night, you will be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither, and whatever you do will prosper (Psalm 1:2-3).

We know that God does not lie, hence we can depend on His Word. The key to achieving results is to meditate on His Word frequently. When we do, our thoughts and desires reflect His. Our thoughts and desires determine our actions, therefore we will obey His Word. Obedience to God’s Word always yields success. I encourage you to continue meditating on God’s Word and in His time, you will be rewarded.

Heavenly Father, I pray that today we will meditate on your Word, and experience the blessings that you promised, In Jesus’s name, Amen.
